1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the winmy16 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• One Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on winmy16. Registering multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

Winmy16 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Registration

By registering a winmy16 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details required during registration include your full name (as shown on your ID), Malaysian identity card number (MyKad), a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile number, and your bank or e-wallet details for payment purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs within your winmy16 account, whether with or without your knowledge
• Notify winmy16 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (including DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer)
• FPX – Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other FPX-supported banks)

All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 and the minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary based on your account verification level and chosen payment method.

Winmy16 aims to process all withdrawals within 1 to 24 business hours, subject to KYC verification and required security checks. Withdrawals involving large amounts or newly verified accounts may take longer to process.

• Each member is entitled to claim each bonus type once only, unless stated otherwise
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or directly exchanged for cash
• Winmy16 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or abuse of the promotions system
• Any attempt to abuse the winmy16 bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts or low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the winmy16 platform are subject to the betting rules and conditions set by winmy16. The general betting rules are as follows:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under circumstances explicitly stated by winmy16
• Winmy16 reserves the right to cancel or adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice

Any attempt to manipulate bet outcomes through unauthorised means — including the use of bots, specialised software, or collusion with other parties to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited.

7 Member Conduct

Winmy16 members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward other members or winmy16 staff
• Engaging in any form of fraud, document forgery, or the submission of false information
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or unauthorised third-party tools to interact with the winmy16 platform
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt winmy16's technical infrastructure
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the winmy16 platform
• Sharing or selling your winmy16 account to another party

8 Account Closure

Winmy16 members may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at support@winmy16.my. Prior to account closure, all eligible balance withdrawals will be processed in accordance with winmy16's standard procedures.

Winmy16 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this winmy16 Terms & Conditions document
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies

9 Liability Limit

Winmy16 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of or inability to use the winmy16 platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service interruptions, or technical errors.

Winmy16's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

10 Data Privacy
